What is included in the VIP experience?
Guaranteed seating, table service, elevated party favors, unlimited in/out privileges, a midnight champagne toast, and access to the dueling pianos show from 8 PM–2 AM.

Do I get unlimited in/out privileges?
Yes. VIP guests may exit and re-enter throughout the night.

Is food included?
No. The VIP ticket does not include food.

Is there a souvenir included?
Yes. Each guest receives one souvenir.

Are extra drinks included?
Only the midnight champagne toast is included. All other beverages are available for purchase.

PRICE & PAYMENT

What is the VIP price?
VIP Admission is $60 per person. This includes guaranteed seating, elevated party favors, table service, a midnight champagne toast, and the dueling pianos show from 8 PM–2 AM.

How does payment work?
Payment is not made on the website. After you submit your reservation request, a team member will contact you directly to arrange payment. Reservations are confirmed only after payment is received.

When is my reservation officially confirmed?
Your reservation becomes official once our team contacts you, confirms availability, and processes your payment.

Are reservations refundable?
No. All New Year’s Eve reservations are final and non-refundable due to high demand.

What is included and not included in the VIP price?
Included: table service, champagne toast, party favors, seating, and the show.
Not included: food, additional drinks, transportation, or parking.

How do I make a VIP reservation?
Submit a reservation request through the NYE form. Our team will contact you to confirm availability and arrange payment.

Is there a minimum group size?
Yes. VIP tables require a minimum of 4 guests.

Can I request specific seating?
Yes. You may choose Dining-Height, High-Top, or “Any.” Preferences are considered but not guaranteed.

Can I call the venue for reservations?
No. All NYE reservations must be submitted through the online form to keep the process organized.

Will the event sell out?
Yes. New Year’s Eve historically sells out every year. Reserve early.

Can I modify my reservation later?
Changes may not be possible due to limited seating and high demand.

What time do doors open?
Doors open at 6 PM.

What time does the event begin?
The dueling pianos show begins at 8 PM and continues until 2 AM.

What time must VIP guests arrive?
All VIP guests must arrive by 8 PM to keep their table.

What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive after 8 PM, your table will be released—even if you have already paid.

What time does the event end?
The celebration ends at 2 AM.

What seating options are available?
Dining-Height tables (main floor) or High-Top tables (perimeter).

Is wheelchair-accessible seating available?
Yes. Limited wheelchair-accessible seating is available. Please note accessibility needs on your reservation form.

Can I choose between high-top and dining-height tables?
Yes, but seating is not guaranteed and depends on availability.

Can you guarantee my seating preference?
No. We try to honor all requests, but cannot guarantee specific table types.

Is the event 21+?
Yes. New Year’s Eve at Savannah Smiles is strictly 21+. Valid ID required.

Can I bring my own champagne or alcohol?
No. Outside beverages are not permitted. A champagne toast is included and additional drinks can be purchased.

Is there a dress code?
No strict dress code, but smart-casual or festive attire is encouraged.

Is dancing allowed?
No. Due to insurance rules, there is no dance floor and dancing is not officially permitted.

Will photos be taken during the event?
Yes. Promotional photos may be taken. Inform staff if you prefer not to appear.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

Is parking available nearby?
Yes. Limited street parking and nearby garages are available.

Is rideshare recommended?
Yes. Due to heavy holiday traffic, Uber/Lyft is strongly recommended.

Where should rideshare drop us off?
Use: 314 Williamson Street, across from the JW Marriott.

Standing room is limited and not guaranteed.

Can I make special requests?
No special requests are offered for NYE except seating preference.

How early should I book?
As early as possible. This event sells out every year.
